1. Transversal Skills (Soft Skills or Life Skills):

Definition: Transversal skills, also known as soft skills or life skills, are a set of

personal qualities and attributes that enable individuals to interact effectively with
others, adapt to different situations, and navigate various life challenges.

Examples: Communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity,
adaptability, teamwork, emotional intelligence, time management, and
leadership.
